You do not need to weigh your jewellery to send it to us, but if you wish to do so, kitchen scales can be accurate enough or visit the Post Office/Butchers and they can weigh it for you. What if I send goods that are not of any value? It is our policy to return these goods to you as soon as is possible. What if my jewellery has any set stones? You can visit you local jeweller and have them removed, but this can be expensive.
